Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.

If you wish to return a product that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, please contact our support team within 2 days of delivery. Returns of eligible items are subject to review and must be approved before being sent back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds

We do offer refunds under certain conditions. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds are only applicable to eligible returned items that meet our conditions.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds for damaged or defective products may be offered as a full refund, store credit, or replacement, depending on the situation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us at support@vingtneuf.ca with the following:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and the packaging it arrived in

  • Your order number and contact information

Once we receive your message, our team will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
