Delivery Timeframes

Vingt-Neuf strives to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 3 to 9 business days

  • USA: 5 to 10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Costs

Canada:

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD.

  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $200 CAD.

Shipping Fees for U.S. Orders:

Shipping fees for U.S. orders are a flat rate of $39.99 CAD, regardless of the weight, size, or quantity of the items.
Please note that free shipping is not available for U.S. orders at this time.

All shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, weather conditions, etc.).
